Hey dudes and dudettes,
It’s time for another episode of the Griffo show ™ :). Things are going well at the moment, with me getting a massive 13hours sleep last night! :O. I know!. I hadn’t slept very well the night before and enjoyed the sleep in :).
I’ve been able to take today off work due to having to write a darned presentation for tommorow. Shouldn’t be too hard tho, I have all the research done, it’s just a matter of writing it and presenting it tommorow :).
Gym’s going well, Aiming to go 4 times a week as soon as training is finished, went 4 times a fortnight ago, twice last week and aiming for at least 3 this week. God I missed the gym tho, and i don’t mean the sweaty smelly gym bodies (although some of them ain’t so bad ;)), no, I’m referring to the feeling you get when you work hard and practically half kill youself/kick your own ass, but it feels so good when you’re done :).
Planning to go to the gym in the mornings once training’s done, it gives you a boost for the whole day. In fact, I want to go now :(.. But i’ll finish my talk first, otherwise i’ll never get it done :).
